Besides individual & couples therapy, I provide immigration evaluations at a different rate. My goal is to make therapy accessible to EVERYONE- therefore I enforce a sliding scale. I graduated from Phillips Graduate University with a Master’s in Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy and a PPS credential in 2019. I have a strong background in joining first generation adults in their journey dealing with life changes, anxiety, depression, and trauma, all while maintaining cultural awareness. I pride myself in providing space for you and meeting you where you are at, while also challenging and empowering you to meet your goals. My therapeutic approach integrates elements from Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. I am also EDMR trained.
